Halloween Themed Event Returns To Thorpe Park

Thorpe Park is bringing back its very popular Fright Night Halloween event, and it looks set to be as terrifying as ever! It will be running in the evenings on 8,9, and 10 October, and every day between 15 and 31 October.

Celebrating two decades of scares and thrills with Fright Night, this year the event’s scare zones include The Crows of Mawkin Meadow, Amity High vs LycanThorpe: LoveBITES!, The Swarm: Invasion, and Creek Freaks: Unchained, according to The Express.

Included in the ticket price is entry to the special Halloween Fright Night shows including Birthday Bash, Legacy - a fright and light show - and The Crows. There is also the chance to experience Thorpe Park's iconic rides - including The Swarm, the UK's only winged rollercoaster - in the dark.

There will also be three mysterious mazes at Fright Night this year, but Thorpe Park has only announced details of two of them.

The Creek Freak Massacre Scare Maze is set to be one of the most frightening Halloween mazes across the United Kingdom, and Platform 15: End of the Line. Guests are given a one-way ticket and trek along the overgrown railway line - but can they outrun what's at the end? That's yet to be discovered.

Tickets for Fright Night, which sadly do not include the mazes, can be pre-purchased for £39, or £50 on the day, and includes one0-day theme park entry, and 11 hours of Halloween horror fun, although most Fright Night events do not start until 3 pm. Thorpe Park bosses say the events are suitable for children aged 13 and over.

Some of the rides will be closing early in order to prepare for light and firework shows, but the majority of rides will be open all evening.

Tickets for Fright Nights 2021 are now available here.
